The 12 week sculpt online fitness program has been put together by experts in both exercise and nutrition, so you’re in safe hands.
Tamara has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and the majority of that time has been spent as a personal trainer. She has trained clients in everything from boot camps, Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, kids fitness, group fitness, corporate training camps, kettle bell sessions, Crossfit – you name it! During her time as a Crossfit trainer, Tamara was fortunate enough to work for Steve Willis AKA The Commando who she says is such an amazing trainer who taught her invaluable tools to fine tune her trade.
Tamara has been in the Australian Army for over 14 years and a lot of that time has been as a Physical Training Instructor. This sees her responsible for the health, fitness and wellbeing of our soldiers. She is a very busy mum and knows how time poor most people are so her nutrition plans and workout routines are easily incorporated into busy schedules.

Evelyn is nutrition extraordinaire with a wealth of international experience in the health and nutrition sector, and a real passion for her work. Before joining our team, she worked as a Wellness Specialist for Apple’s European headquarters, independently coordinating weight loss programs for 4,000 onsite employees and up to 50,000 offsite employees worldwide. Evelyn provided overall direction and management for the Health Promotion and Nutrition services while working for Nutrition Force as a Primary Health Organization Manager.
Evelyn was employed as a Health Screening Specialist, volunteered as a Dietetic Assistant and facilitated educational and recreational development programs for disadvantaged children and teenagers as a Youth Officer. At Present she works as a Nutrition Program coordinator with Communicare and The Sal. She loves teaching her participants about healthy eating and giving them the skills to cook healthy nutritious meals, which are then frozen and given to the homeless.
Evelyn’s qualifications include a Bachelor degree with Honors in Health Promotion, plus a Master of Science in Human Nutrition. As part of her master’s degree, she was also involved in a childhood obesity management program that ran in disadvantaged areas of Ireland.
