Fruit Pops for Fussy Toddlers!
I am pretty chuffed with myself right now… it’s getting super hot in Australia and I’ve designed a HEALTHY treat that my toddler will actually EAT!!!
Why are they so awesome??? They are packed with vitamins, probiotics a bit of protein! AND they are easy to make! You will need:
: • Organic (or not) frozen fruit of your choice) I chose mixed berries, banana and pineapple.
• Unflavoured Greek Yoghurt
• Additional probiotic capsules/powder (optional)
• Vanilla or unflavoured plain protein powder.
To make 6 Tupperware styled Icey poles combine 6tbs yoghurt with 3 nice handfuls of fruit and blend – you may need a splash of water to help the process. Mix in 2 teaspoons of protein powder and a sweet deficient amount of probiotics if using. If you’re using 3 different fruits you’d obviously divide the recipe above by 3. Enjoy!
