I was happily a Guinea pig for Tam when she designed the 12 Week Sculpt!
I am a busy working mum and very short on time so the quick workouts and easy recipes made my quest to get fit so much easier!!
I am so happy and have learnt so much! I lost a total of 8kg and the best part is I’ve kept it off now that I know smart ways to train and healthy ways to eat!
I have always fluctuated with my weight.. gaining 10kgs here and losing 10kgs there. I’ve always admired Tamara and her healthy lifestyle but never thought I could change.. I never wanted to change until I got married. I was so happy and comfortable with my amazing husband that I let myself go and couldn’t get back up. I was so sad and tired all of the time and my self esteem was at an all time low.
I needed to change, not just for myself but for my marriage.
Tamara told me she could help, I honestly didn’t think I could do it but 10 months on I’m the healthiest, fittest, strongest id ever been. I’d gone from a size 14 down to a size 10!
Tamara’s meal plans and recipes kept me full and tasted amazing unlike other diets and other fitness babe’s I’d tried before. The fact she had made a shopping list for the week made my usual chaotic trip to coles a quick and easy stroll, the fact that she has pcos like me helped me believe I could achieve my goals, and having a Facebook page and email dedicated to me made me feel safe and comfortable knowing I could contact her anytime for support!
NOW! The bootcamps and exercises tam gave me! Holy Mackerel! I have never enjoyed working out so much in my life! I felt like a machine while I was doing it and the way she encorporates HIIT into her workouts is legendary.
I kid you not the fat fell off me and kept off, I have muscles I am strong I am so happy!
I lost 18.5kgs all thanks to Tamara Davies fitness and I honestly promise that if you follow her you too will feel and look as amazing as I now do.

I have known Tamara for many years. She was always so active and happy but I was quite sedentary and always yo-yo dieting.
One day I finally decided to ask Tam for help and I haven’t looked back! I started weighing 74kg and now 6 months later I am a very happy and healthy 61kg. I have learnt so much from her and I am now so much stronger and confident!

I worked with Tamara for many years and after listening to me whinge about my weight issues constantly, Tam gave me her 28 Day Kickstart Program to trial for her.
I don’t know if it was my own dedication or just being too scared to let her down but I gave it all I had and I’m so proud of my results!!
Unlike other programs I had tried in the past, I saved sooo much time by making double for my dinners which I ate for lunch the next day, and the workouts were quick too which was a pleasant surprise.
I learnt about the importance of intensity when I work out and the daily tips that I got along the way saw me looking forward to my next email from her!

I relocated from Perth to USA with my husband and two young kids in January 2016. Being isolated from family, friends and my job proved challenging, but it also provided me with a lot of time to self reflect. Having enjoyed a European holiday in November 2015, the 2015 festive season and several going away functions in our honor, the weight had crept on and I was very unfit. I had also dealt with some family issues which resulted in emotional eating and excessive drinking. I was in a rut and I knew I needed to do something about it – I had no more excuses and the time was ‘now or never’! I had the full support of my husband who was into weights and fitness but I needed some more specific ‘chick-friendly’ guidance. Knowing the success Tamara’s program had brought others, I decided to follow her online workouts.
I began literally by jogging laps round my back yard because I was too embarrassed to run in public! The workouts were good because they didn’t require any equipment and were quick enough that I could do them whilst the kids watched an episode of Peppa. I also enjoyed experimenting with recipes Tamara shared. Reading the articles Tamara posted, I quickly became far more aware of what I was putting into my body.
I think the best advice Tamara gave me was it doesn’t matter how many times you fall of the wagon, as long as you get back on! Although living on the other side of the world, Tamara has been very supportive of my fitness journey – she has happily answered my many questions and encouraged me through messages and social media. I was also very lucky that Tamara came to visit me in June and she got to see my progress first hand! Now 10 months in to the journey, I’m very proud to say I feel like a changed person – I am so much happier and fitter, I enjoy working out every day with my husband (except for mandatory rest day on Wineday Wednesday) and actually enjoy challenging myself to see how much I can lift!
I have lost about 14kilograms (or about 30pounds as I tell the folks here in the U.S.). I have dropped from an Aus size 16 to a size 10/ 12 meaning I have enjoyed buying myself basically a whole new wardrobe! My fitness journey is far from being over – I feel like this is just the beginning and I can’t wait to see what the new fit me can achieve! I found Tamara’s 28 Day Kickstart and fell in love with it because it required no equipment and the workouts were super quick, which is great for me because im a busy working mum.
The recipes were quick, easy and delicious and by making double the amount for my dinner meals meant that I had a healthy and nutritious lunch for the next day! Perfect! That meant I wasn’t browsing my workplace cafeteria and eating food I’d later regret because I wasn’t prepared.
I started out on the Beginner program of the Kickstart but am now in the Advanced level. The Kickstart has allowed me to get over 4 months out of it so far and I couldn’t be happier with my results!
I have suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis for almost half of my life but Tamara’s Bootcamps have allowed me to keep fit and active!
She has always tailored the workouts to suit me and my ability level and I can’t believe how strong I have gotten! It has made a huge improvement on my pain levels and my quality of life.
She is very engaging, supportive and educational – I’m so glad I started and can’t recommend her boot camps enough!
I am very hard on myself and tend to take the easy way out so Im not sure what possessed me to join Tamara’s boot camps. Since joining I have noticed a definite increase in my confidence and every time I try to take the easy way out or quit during a workout Tamara is right there pushing me to keep going. I might hate it at the time but after every session I’m so glad she knows how to get the best out of me.
My running has improved so much and I’m continuing to change my body shape with every passing week.

I had reached rock bottom when I reached out to Tamara. And I’m so glad I did! I learnt so much more than how to lose weight. Even though I lost 6kg in 3 weeks! I also learnt how what we eat affects our hormones and so many different exercise tips! All of this new knowledge I take with me and I use it everyday! Tamara was so encouraging and supportive but she was tough on me when I needed it! I am forever grateful and can’t recommend her highly enough!
